Great value, a roomy space, and a fantastic location. I had a good office desk and chair, strong internet, and a very quiet room. The pillows were awful, though. Also, the hallway lights don’t come on properly when you go down the stairs, so you could end up descending in the dark. Motion activated lights are a good way to save energy, but this detector needs fixing. I’m not taking off a star, but please sort it out. It’s unfair to advertise a gym on booking sites when it’s been out of service for a long time and guests expect to work out there.

The room 1 terrace was the best part, and the rooms are spacious with a great staff. There’s no restaurant on site, but you can find good places to eat just a few minutes’ walk away. A good option for traveling.

Karla and Lucero were especially helpful, and I really appreciated them. My room was exceptionally clean and the location was perfect. Thanks for a wonderful visit to Morelia.

I’ve enjoyed my stay so far and don’t have many complaints. I’d definitely stay here again.
