Hacienda Vista Hermosa

I came for a wedding at Hotel Hacienda Vista Hermosa and had a lovely stay in this historic, charming place. The gardens are lush, with tall palms along winding stone paths, and there are peaceful corners for a walk. Everywhere feels like a step back in time, from the vintage architecture to the antique wooden furniture in our cozy room. The staff were friendly and attentive, and everything ran smoothly. The food was outstanding, whether at the wedding feast or a casual meal, fresh and flavorful with lovely presentation. The venue suited the event beautifully, with green outdoor ceremony spots among historic ruins and spacious indoor reception areas that felt grand but still intimate. WiFi was unreliable, probably because of the thick walls. It worked better in some areas, but I often had to set my phone by a window to get a cellular signal. A memorable, impressive stay, and I'd recommend it to anyone after a relaxing getaway with some history.

The buffet was surprisingly tasty. I had breakfast, lunch, and dinner that way, and unlike the usual mediocre buffet food, I kept going back for more. The staff were friendly and attentive too. This historic property is very well preserved, with history visible everywhere. It's a huge place, easy to walk around, with a large pool at different depths, a chapel, gardens, an artificial lake, a rodeo, and more.

Such a gorgeous place to stay. I spent the last few days there and woke up each morning eager to explore more of the Hacienda's beauty. I'll definitely return, and highly recommend it to anyone wanting quality time somewhere beautiful.

I went to a wedding at the hotel but didn't stay overnight since one night was pricey. It has a pool, a very antique look, and free parking.
