The rooms are small but acceptable, and the hotel is fine for a short stay if you’re using Uber for pickups and dropoffs. Breakfast was pretty poor. Be careful: the area doesn’t feel particularly safe, and I wouldn’t walk around the neighborhood. The front desk staff speak very little English, so have your phone ready to translate when you need to communicate.

A hidden gem tucked away in Mexico City. The guestroom was spotless and well maintained, the staff were friendly, and the price was affordable with great amenities. I really enjoyed my stay and plan to make this my home away from home when I’m in Mexico City for business.

The hotel is lovely and very clean, with good food and perfect service. Getting around is the downside, since you absolutely need to take an Uber to go anywhere.

The restaurant was terrible, both the food and service. The food was bad, very simple, and the worst I’ve had in Mexico. The air conditioner couldn’t warm my room, which stayed at 16.5C, and even the technician couldn’t fix it. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. It should be removed from the Marriot chain.

The staff were very good, and the hotel itself is good too, but getting around from this location wasn’t ideal. I had to take Uber even to nearby Toreo Plaza because of safety concerns. The rooms were also much smaller than at the Courtyard where I’ve stayed.
