The service really sets this place apart. When our bus came in late, the team sent a driver without us even asking, and the concierge quickly arranged a local whale tour after our original one was canceled. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, and the rooftop pool has incredible views. Best hotel in the Loreto area by far. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

I had the best time here, and everyone was wonderful. I’m from San Diego, and Donaldo, the bartender, even explained where to go outside the HOTEL. Definitely have a drink on the rooftop and visit Donaldo and Lalo. They made my stay worthwhile, and I’m absolutely coming back. I might even buy property here.

The cleanup didn’t last even a day. New photos from today show fresh liquid waste and grease runoff in the same spot, and the area still attracts pests. I found a dead spider wasp in the middle of the trail. I appreciate the response, but nothing has really changed on the ground. The walkway by the back door and trash door was very greasy when I passed earlier today, to the point where you have to go around to keep grease off your shoes. The statement said the walkway had been cleaned and the immediate issue resolved, with waste handling changes planned. If those new procedures are in place, staff clearly aren’t carrying them out. The training isn’t taking. I’d like to see a lasting, consistent fix instead of a cleaning that’s undone within 24 hours.

We used the Penthouse for our meeting space, and it worked really well. The team at Aventuras Hotel went above and beyond to make our event a success. We had fresh, delicious breakfast and lunch at Ocotillo, then wrapped up the day with craft cocktails on the rooftop. It was just perfect.

The mountain views were breathtaking, and the beach was incredible too. The whole community is beautiful. It had rained two weeks before we arrived, so everything looked lush and fresh. The place itself was so modern and clean, and the staff were absolutely amazing.
