Not too bad, though all the rooms face a busy street. It's near Tepic's northwest entrance, and they let me keep my bike in the room behind the lobby. The only nearby restaurant was a taco place three blocks away, but the tacos were really good.

The facilities were more or less clean, but the service left a lot to be desired. The young woman at reception greeted us with a stern expression and a very bad attitude, with no willingness to help. It made the whole atmosphere uncomfortable, as if she were annoyed or frustrated to serve us. Customer service matters from the moment you arrive, and hers felt unfriendly and unprofessional. I hope they train the staff better.

We used the hotel to rest during our trip, since it's right off the highway. It was convenient, with a supermarket and restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable, service was excellent, and there was secure parking plus extra spaces outside the hotel.
