My mom says Cristian Flores’s aquafit classes are the most fun of the classes on offer. He makes everyone feel welcome and included, with plenty of enthusiasm and encouragement. We’ve been at Vidanta since February 13, and Cristian from the Joy Squad has been a highlight. He greets us each day with a real smile, checks in, answers questions, and makes sure we have what we need. His care for guests feels genuine. During the difficult events in Puerto Vallarta, he stayed calm and reassuring, even as he dealt with uncertainty himself. We appreciated that a lot. He’s a real asset to Vidanta, and one reason we’ll be back in the fall. We’re already looking forward to seeing him again.

The pool food service is so good, and you should try the shrimp tacos! My family had the best time at this amazing resort. The Joy Squad made the pool a lot of fun, and Christian even came by to clean our glasses. They also have questions of the day.

Cristian Flores from the Joy Activity Squad went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. We’re looking forward to coming back. It was a great girls trip. The resort has several lovely pools, from a quiet lazy river to lively pool bars, plus a beautiful beach location and accommodations. Service throughout was excellent, there were lots of food choices, and transportation between properties was convenient.

We celebrated our 25th anniversary here, and everything was perfect from arrival to the end of our stay. The staff were warm, attentive, and clearly wanted to make the occasion special. Our room was beautiful and comfortable, with an incredible view. It was spotless and thoughtfully prepared, so we could just relax and enjoy our time together. We have no complaints and already hope to return. Highly recommend for a special, memorable stay.

The room wasn’t what we asked for. We wanted the sixth floor or higher, and there seemed to be plenty of space on the 6/7, eighth, and ninth floors, but they wouldn’t put us there. Still, Cristian from Joysquad is amazing. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and as helpful as anyone could be. They’re lucky to have him, and so are we. I hope they keep him forever!!!!!
