Everything was great, from the excellent cleaning to the very friendly staff. The location is really good too.

The internet was so unreliable that, while working from home, I often couldn’t get work done. We even spent about a week without it. Power outages happened constantly, and nothing was done to fix them. We also went hours without water when the tank ran out and air got into the plumbing; the landlady eventually answered, and the pipes had to be purged before water came back. The apartment cleaning was supposedly included, but it was superficial. They only mopped the bathroom instead of cleaning it properly, so it kept smelling bad. We had to buy supplies and clean it ourselves. We stayed almost two months in the first apartment on the ground floor, and for the rent, it left a lot to be desired. I don’t recommend it. It isn’t worth the price.

The room had two beds, a kitchen, a dining area, and a sofa all squeezed into one space. At 1,200 per night, the cost felt far too high, not even what a good Airbnb charges. The internet didn’t reach the room, there was no hot water, and cooking smells stayed trapped inside. The location is a bit far from the center, and getting a taxi there is very difficult. The rooms are nice, but those are the problems.

A pleasant, lovely place for a couple of days’ rest. The bathroom is outside the bedroom, which is why I’m holding back the last star. Everything else was excellent.
