The hotel staff weren't prepared for the Christmas festivities, and some basic services were missing for several days.

The rooms can fill up the main parking lot, so sometimes you have to use their second location. The wifi is slow at best and sometimes won't load. Still, it's a good place, and the quiet setting meant I got a good night's sleep. They could do better.

It's quiet unless someone loud is staying next door, and there's not much else around for food or entertainment. I was told the breakfast buffet would be about 95 pesos, but they charged me 170. The hotel advertises a van to the town square, but it didn't seem to run. At the front desk I was told I had to reserve a day ahead. I pointed out the sign didn't mention reservations, and the girl just shrugged. There was no English-speaking help.

The junior sweat is a much nicer room for just a little more money, so I'd recommend that. The place is decent, reasonably priced, and in a quiet residential area with no activity.

There's no restaurant, bathtub, private pool, heated pool, or anything to keep kids entertained. There are also lots of stairs and no elevator, and it's very far from downtown (Zócalo).
