The terrace sounded like a perk, but it let in every bit of street noise, from cars at night to early trucks and church bells across the road. Rest was impossible. Inside the suite, I was given just one toilet roll and one bottle of water. When I asked for a blanket because I was cold, they said there weren't any and lent me one so tiny it only covered my baby. For this price, I expected more. I've had basic rooms elsewhere with extra toilet paper and towels, coffee and tea, hand cream, liquid soap, and even a shoe cloth. The reception staff also gave out my personal information when Mr. Abraham Ramos from the parking lot next door asked for it. I'm going to file a complaint.

Pay attention to the negative reviews. They say your opinion matters, yet the same complaint keeps coming up. There's NO PARKING, despite what Booking.com says. If you get the chance to stay here, DON'T TAKE IT. This warning appears twice because the review itself repeats it.

The room looked beautiful, but the noise was excessive. There’s no parking, and I paid what I would have paid at the Gamma de France.

We rented the place for a birthday, and it was very affordable. I was delighted with everything, especially the delicious food. The hotel is central, clean, tidy, and felt safe. Everyone was so friendly, from the receptionist and servers to the owner, and the place itself was super cute.
