The beds are super stiff and the staff were horrible. They charged us for a towel because they said stains would cost extra. My girlfriend wiped off a bit of her makeup and they called the corner “stained”; honestly, staff were being lazy, since it comes off easily. There was no AC at all, just fans you have to plug in. Don't recommend this place.

The beds were super hard and uncomfortable. It was noisy from all sides: music at breakfast early in the morning, traffic, and kids screaming. Parking isn't free except from 7pm-12pm; otherwise it's 25 peso per hour. If you arrive late, you have to find someone to open the gate, then someone else to give you your room key. They ask you to leave the key with them every time you leave the hotel.

The place has a classy feel, but I wouldn't recommend it. It was very dark, with only two or three bulbs turned on, and the receptionist was really rude and didn't pay attention to the details we were asking about.
