We travel all over Mexico and usually stay in economy hotels, and this could be the best place we've ever stayed. The rooms were wonderful, the internet was great, and breakfast was included and nice. Parking felt safe, and it's right downtown. The front desk, housekeeping and maintenance crews were all great, and the price was excellent. Hats off to whoever owns the place, you're a true hotelero.

Our room was a little small, but it was fine for one night. It was spotless and nicely decorated. The hotel itself is nice and only a couple of minutes' walk from downtown.

The rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. The restaurant took a little while, but the food options were good and the prices very reasonable. The hotel is right in the centre of town.

Parking in Orizaba is paid, and finding a spot is really difficult. This hotel is on a very narrow street, with no space at all to pull over and unload luggage, which is a real pain. It's also not baby-friendly since they don't have cribs.

Very fair prices, friendly employees, and a nice, clean hotel right in the center of Orizaba.
