Hotel Gadag feels welcoming, with neat, comfortable rooms. Silvia is sincere and resourceful, and you can see how committed she is to meeting guests' needs. In my case, she went out of her way to help. Staying here felt like being at home, with the kind of care you'd hope for from a sister. I highly recommend it.

The hosts were friendly and very accommodating, and the rooms were clean and really nice. A fun extra was having lots of streaming choices on the TVs. There's also a super cute, lovable dog around the property. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Silvia and the rest of the staff are super friendly, and there's a very friendly dog around who loves getting petted. The rooms are large, with hot water, toilet seats, fast WiFi, and filtered water from the garrifone. It's a great value, a few blocks from Centro in a quiet neighborhood.

The staff are friendly, the bed and pillows are comfortable, and the internet is pretty fast. We had everything we needed, including bottled water, toiletries, towels, and even Netflix. It was very clean and well sanitized, and for the price and location, it's hard to beat. Keep in mind they only take cash. There's no hotel parking, so you have to find a spot on the street. It's free, but spaces can fill up, which might leave you parking farther away. We strongly recommend it and plan to stay again next time we're in Orizaba.
