The staff were incredibly kind, and the design is gorgeous. It's ideally located in the Pueblo Magico of Orizaba. I gave up a five-day non-refundable booking at a competitor to stay here, and it was absolutely worth it.

There are only 15 rooms, each named and themed after a famous Mexican personality, and the staff are awesome. If your Spanish is limited or you don't speak it at all, someone there can help in English. There's a small school right next door, so you may hear it in the mornings, though it didn't bother me.

The outside area is nice, the parking is convenient, and the staff are quick and friendly. My room had the Cri Cri theme, and it was fairly spacious. The bathroom was clean but a bit small, and the restaurant was okay. Cute hotel, though pricey for what you get.

It felt very unfair to be charged 380 pesos for a wine glass that broke while it was sitting on a table in the morning. Ridiculous!
