The rooms themselves are comfortable, but checking in at the front desk takes more effort and time than it should. There’s no elevator in the garage, and the location was hard for us to find. We drove around for an hour taking wrong turns before figuring out how to get in. The security gates are dim and poorly marked, and the entrance is a dark gate with a cone and a guard. They should add signs and better lighting so it’s easier to find at night.

The huge bed was comfortable, and the hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff were nice, though they forgot the crib for my baby. The bed was so big that it wasn't a major problem, and the bathtub was handy for bathing the baby. It's about a five minute walk to Galerias. They really should update the TVs to smart TVs.

Yuri is a great manager, and the restaurant staff are awesome. This is my favorite hotel in Pachuca. You can see the fun and stadium right beside it, and I made a point of taking evening walks to catch the breeze and play pickle ball.

The location is really good and the price seems fair. The rooms are just okay: water from the shower gets out of the tub, you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, and the blackout curtains don't cover the entire window.

I'm on day three of a six day stay, and I already know I wouldn't come back. The rooms are dirty, and the mattresses smell awful. The front desk staff lack professionalism and customer service skills. I called three times about the broken hair dryer and still don't have one. The WiFi connection is terrible, and they charge for it each day. I also had to ask to be moved because my neighbor was smoking, and nobody at the front desk would deal with it.
