The location near the boardwalk is the hotel's one clear plus, and it might work for a short visit. I stayed two nights for work, though, and wouldn't choose it for a longer stay. The room smelled musty, including the air conditioner, which made the odor worse. There was hair and staining on the bed linens the first night, so I asked to have them changed the next morning. Reception was very poor: the young woman there, who also answers the phone number on the website, was on her cell phone a lot and was slow, inefficient, and not proactive. They need to improve customer service overall, tighten up cleaning, and maintain the rooms.
