The staff were really friendly and helpful, and both my room and the fairly new lobby were clean. The hotel is close to the main park, with lots of shops and restaurants around. The picture I took is of the restaurant across the street. Its food was fantastic, though they charge for coffee refills and milk, which is fairly unusual at a Mexican sit-down restaurant.

The rooms are modern, nice, and spacious, but we could hear just about everything through the windows. Footsteps, staff and other guests talking, even crying children all came through loud and clear. It disturbed our sleep.

They upgraded me to a suite when I arrived in the evening. It had a full kitchen and dining area, a small living room, TVs in both the living room and bedroom, and even a laundry room with a sink and space to hang clothes. The staff also helped me work out a trip to the ruins and transport to Campeche.

We'd definitely stay here again. The hotel is very clean and within walking distance of good restaurants. Service was good, and the cleaning lady was friendly and easy to approach.
