The room stayed comfortable and warm despite the chilly weather, and the atmosphere was decent. The host was lively. Still, our room rental and New Year’s dinner were a disappointment. The bill was wrong, and the math didn’t match the quoted price for the room and meals. The food came cold and was below par; the kids’ burger was inedible. We were promised cake for dessert, but instead got a carrot sweet salad that tasted like mayonnaise. With the food and billing problems, it’s unlikely we’ll return. 😊

My son and I had a wonderful time. The place is beautiful, pleasant, and so peaceful. We especially loved the New Year’s Eve dinner, the entertainment, and all the thoughtful details. The only issue I noticed was the lack of internet. I think it’s essential in an area where some providers have weak signal. Apart from that, we loved everything.

The rooms are comfortable and nice, but an event in the ballroom makes it impossible to sleep. The music is so loud that nobody in the whole hotel can rest. It’s really sad that the hotel’s other good qualities get overshadowed by how little they respect other guests’ need to sleep.

It’s a spacious, welcoming hotel with a wonderful view, and the facilities are clean and in good condition. The only downside for me is that it’s a bit far from the city center. Aside from that, fantastic! 👍🏻
