From the moment we arrived, the woman serving us looked at us with disdain and treated us rudely. We had a reservation, but we believe she canceled it because we were foreigners. I don't recommend this place.

The service and attention were awful. The woman at reception was very rude and made xenophobic comments. A hotel should be a place for tourists, residents, and others.

The room has plenty of space, but feels bare and short on furniture. There's a bench, but you can't move it, and I wish there were chairs and a movable armchair.

Awful treatment from the staff handling room bookings. The service was terrible, with xenophobia at its worst.

The service was really good.
