Just awful.

There was no water anywhere in the hotel, so I can't say anything about the hot water. They said someone had left a bathroom tap running and that was why it ran out, but I honestly doubt that. Maybe a lot of people started using water while the pump wasn't working right, or maybe the hotel had simply run out. We only needed a night's rest. If I come back to Palenque, this would be my last resort.

The price was fair, and the services made for a relaxing stay. Everything was clean and the atmosphere was pleasant, with excellent attention and service.

I was traveling for business and chose this place because I needed something nearby. The facilities didn't match what was advertised online, and at 11:20 they were hurrying me out. Customer service was awful. I don't recommend it, Palenque Centro is much better.
