The room was adequate and semi-comfortable. Breakfast wasn't really to my taste, though I think plenty of travelers would find it sufficient. One of us uses a cane, so the staff moved us to a ground-floor room.

The staff were really nice, and breakfast was great. Still, ants in the bathroom, no free drinking water provided, and a shower that barely ran were frustrating. It did the job, but some locals also partied very loudly until 2:30am.

The included breakfast was good, and the hotel is central for finding dinner in the evening. The room was spacious and comfortable, with good air conditioning. The bathroom was basic but worked quite well. For the ruins, it's less convenient than some places: it's a 5-10 minute walk to the roundabout where colectivos pick up. A wonderful hotel in the heart of Palenque.

The staff were extremely helpful whenever we had a problem, served great breakfasts, and were always ready to answer questions. Our room was spacious, cosy, and clean, and having private parking was a plus. A thoroughly decent place to stay.

They gave us our room at 8 in the morning even though we'd arrived early on the night bus. It's a good central hotel, handy for exploring Palenque ruins. The room was large and had air conditioning.
