Best Western Del Angel

I ate at the restaurant every evening during my four-week stay at the hotel. The food was always delicious, and the staff were friendly. They serve lots of alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks, and there's a smoking area too. Sundays bring a big brunch menu. If you're in Apizaco, this restaurant is well worth a visit.

The lunch and dinner menu has a nice range, and the food is good. The employees are friendly, and I liked that this hotel feels different from the usual Best Westerns. There is a pool, though no gym.

The food was great, but the rest has been disappointing. The staff are rude, seem to think they're doing you a favor, and aren't helpful; they need training. My room has old furniture, and the old bathroom doesn't work properly. I'm supposed to spend 38 days in Apizaco, but by day six here I'm already trying to book a move to the city express. I hope my family and I find friendly, kind people there.

It got pretty cold in the room overnight, but otherwise things went well. The room is spacious, and I appreciated them arranging the late checkout I asked for. Great service.
