We spent two weeks in Condo Bellmare B2, and we’ve found our new favorite place in this part of Mexico after vacationing here for years. The whole complex was well cared for, the condo was in great shape, and everything worked. It had every amenity we could want. Jean Louis was a fantastic host and made sure the trip was relaxing, organized, and worry-free from arrival through departure. He showed us around Puerto Aventuras and shared lots of useful tips. We rented a golf cart for the full two weeks and had a blast. Breakfast by the pool, kayaking in the lagoon each day, and dinner beside it each night were highlights. Thanks, Jean Louis! We’ll be back.

The last day was the bright spot: I got to kayak outside with my kids. Most of the other days we spent indoors because of the hurricane. This was the worst stay I’ve had. They changed my room at the last minute, after my trip to St. Lucia fell through when my flight was canceled. Inside, there were red ants, and there wasn’t a proper kitchen. The kitchenware they did provide was rusty or plastic.

It looks divine, just like the photos. The owners provide excellent service, and their prices are great for anything you might need, from rentals and tours to airport transfers.
