We all loved our weekend stay, two adults and two Huskies. Breakfast was great, and the service was even better. People in Patzcuaro are really friendly, and so are the people who work here.

We had a great holiday visit with my family, staying for 2 nights. The rooms were big, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage. Breakfast was fantastic, the service was professional, and the kitchen staff were very nice. It was cold on New Year's night, but the chimney warmed our room nicely. The hotel is just down the block from the Plaza and great restaurants.

Breakfast comes with the rooms, and you’re very close to the Gran Plaza and everything else in town. This small hotel feels charming and authentic, and the service was incredible. They even sent a car and driver to meet us at Morelia airport, and also had a car and driver take us to surrounding villages. Just the best!

We’ve stayed several times, and it’s been perfect each time. The rooms are beautiful, with lovely decoration, and the property has lots of plants and places to sit and enjoy. It’s very quiet, just around the corner from everything. Breakfast is included and you won’t leave hungry. The staff are very friendly. Our friends had hot water trouble twice, but it was fixed quickly, and they even got a bottle of wine after one cold shower in early January. The one downside is parking: there isn’t any on site. A nearby garage offers a better rate, but it still costs 150 pesos per day.

We only stayed a short time at Casa Encantada, and I wish it had been longer. The gardens, decor, and whole property have so much atmosphere. Staff were all friendly and efficient. Our room was spacious, warm, comfortable, and beautiful, and breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Highly recommended!
