Bungalows Las Brisas Acapulco

We’re having a really good time here.

We picked a room with an ocean view and enjoyed how quiet it was, since it wasn’t crowded. The manager was friendly, the staff looked after us well, and the lounge chairs at the hotel and on the beach were so comfortable. It’s a lovely place to relax by the sea. For food, Doña Lety Restaurant is just around the corner. The portions were generous, and both the service and food were delicious. Everyone there was friendly. They can deliver to the hotel, or you can eat at the restaurant, and they accept bank transfers. 10 out of 10!

The people there were very apathetic and not friendly at all. I’m also very concerned because a family member’s cell phone was stolen at this same place. I was told someone who “look after” the place had taken it. When I asked to see the security camera footage, they showed us only about two minutes of recordings of us walking by. Several of us had noticed one of the guys there near our things a number of times. The next day, the phone’s location was still showing at the hotel.

The beach loungers are a nice place to settle in and watch the sunset, and the pool and fantastic gardens make the grounds pleasant. It’s clean and beautiful, and the photos really do match the hotel. A good option when you’re staying in Pie de la Cuesta. For a meal, Doña Lety's Kitchen is right on the corner. It’s a nice spot with good food at a fair price, and a good choice if you’re visiting this beach.
