We felt safe here, with secure parking and so many cameras, and both the indoor pool and gym were fantastic. The rooms were clean, the water was hot, and the cleaning ladies were wonderful. Breakfast had a better selection than any Holiday Inn I've been to, and the staff were amazing with our big group and all the kids. Santiago spoke English very fluently and helped us English speakers feel comfortable. Everyone was nothing but hospitable and patient, and we really appreciated that. I can't imagine the negative reviews being fair. We loved it and will definitely come back. Best Holiday Inn I've stayed at, and we travel a lot. Thank you all!

The beds were comfortable and breakfast was excellent, but those positives don't make up for what we found. There was mold in the shower and cockroaches in the carpet. I reported it at the front desk, yet nothing had changed when I returned to the room. The lack of urgency or follow-up left me concerned about guest comfort and safety.

The breakfast team really went out of their way for us. My mom and I felt like having a Papaya smoothie made with the fruit from the breakfast bar, and they made it for us. Judy and Sharo are a great asset to the IHG family. Adriana at the front desk was also so helpful and knew what we might need nearby. Her recommendation for Endo Spa was great. We can't wait to stay here again. Thanks, IHG, for another great place to add to my rotation!

Magaly was so nice, and Yuri looked after us each morning at breakfast. We had a great stay, with clean rooms and awesome service.
