Hotel Plaza

We were comfortable, and housekeeping came into our rooms to clean, which we hadn't expected. When we had trouble with the hot water, I called the front office and they fixed it. Thank you so much, we enjoyed our stay. At first I thought it was a motel because of how it looks. Someone told us it used to be a "vencidad" and had been converted into a hotel.

After just one night, I know I won't come back. I regret not finding out what the rooms were really like before staying here. I could give more details, but I don't want to tarnish their reputation.

The manager was incredibly nice and helpful, and made a big difference to our stay. The hotel is being renovated, so the sign is missing, but it's right beside Farmacia Benavides. Our room was clean and comfortable. It's across from Macroplaza, which is lit up for Christmas right now in December. The food trucks there are awesome, and I highly recommend going to the plaza. The street can get a bit loud, even in the early hours. The pictures aren't very clear, but I'll get new ones when I return because I plan to stay there again.
