The upstairs area is best avoided. I've stayed here many times and always thought it was perfect, but this past weekend with my whole family was awful. No one could have predicted the storm, but water came through so many leaks that all my clothes and the bed got soaked. The air conditioning didn't work, and we were nearly at a dog's mercy. A staff member said they'd get back to us, but they never did or fix the damage. 😏😉
