Jonathan and Ricardo turned a great vacation into an unforgettable one. They remembered what we liked, kept the drinks coming, greeted us with smiles, and made us laugh. Their attentiveness and genuine care made them feel like part of our vacation family, and they’re a big reason we can’t wait to return to The Fives. We spent our days relaxing on the Bali beds by the beach. There was seaweed in the water, so the beach itself wasn’t perfect, but the service more than made up for it. If you’re staying here, reserve a Bali bed and you’ll be treated like royalty. Thanks, Jonathan and Ricardo, for helping create memories our family will treasure for years.

We just got home after a full week at The Fives, and it was great. The big grounds have plenty of nature, and you can take a jungle path to see monkeys, lemers, iguanas, and more, or walk through the plaza with its music, shops, bars, and restaurants. There are the usual family all-inclusive features, including a beautiful, huge beach, lots of pools, and plenty of restaurants. But the activities made it feel like a wellness retreat too: a macrame class, sunset meditations, poolside ice baths, Temazcal (go, just trust me!), and at least three hours of different fitness classes on six mornings of the week. It felt unique in the best ways, and we’re looking forward to coming back.

Our first visit to The Fives, and my first time at an all-inclusive. We loved the landscapes and restaurants, and our two toddlers had a great time at the kids pool and nightly entertainment. We’ll definitely be back. Christian Tec by the baly beds gave exceptional service and always seemed a step ahead of what we needed. My dad really enjoyed talking and spending time with him. Thanks, Christian. Alex Mendoza also deserves a thank you for answering our questions and sorting out our ride back to the airport.

Araceli and Ricardo made The Fives feel special through their kindness and care. Araceli, a hardworking Mexican woman with an Italian name, welcomed us with a warm smile and showed real dedication and integrity in every detail and conversation. Ricardo, our ambassador, checked in throughout our stay and looked after us with kindness and professionalism. Their efforts and the way they represented The Fives didn’t go unnoticed. People may remember the resort’s views, atmosphere, and elegance, but I’ll remember the people who made it feel like more than a destination. They showed us that what makes The Fives great is the people who give it its soul.
