I went in for a beard trim and got exactly the shape I wanted, with hardly any directions from me. The trim was careful and precise. They also went all out with the service: face exfoliation, hot and cold towels, massages for my shoulders, arms, neck, face, and head, plus a shave around the neck. Such a great experience. Awful experience. They don't answer calls for appointments, and they didn't even offer water. Terrible.

I used to go there often and liked everything, but then they stopped providing water, hair masks, and air conditioning, so I quit going. Yesterday I decided to give it another try and got a simple trim, just to the line. They took off too much and pulled out a chunk of my hair. I've been growing it for almost three years. It's hair, sure, but what's the point of arguing? They can't give it back. Goodbye to what used to be good about the place. BYE.
