The apartment made the stay especially comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding, and plenty of amenities. It was exceptionally clean, which matters a lot to me. Even with its convenient location close to everything in Playa del Carmen, the hotel felt surprisingly peaceful and quiet. Exploring was easy, and I could also get away from the lively surroundings when I wanted. I had a memorable trip and would gladly stay again. Solid five stars.

Daniel was so kind and generous when we were stressed because our next hotel cancelled our reservation for a 7 day stay during the busy holiday season. He went above and beyond, and I left with a positive experience. I’d stay here again and highly recommend it. The room was clean and calming, with two sinks in the bathroom, which made a big difference. I didn’t use the pool. The location is away from the busy strip but you can walk or bike to everything you need, and it’s a straight line to the public beach. I felt very safe, with keycards required for entry 24/7 and an entrance that’s hidden depending on which direction you come from.

The rooms are spotless and work really well for a week or two away. Staff are friendly, and I felt completely safe, even walking around alone at night. The local power went out, but their generator kept the electricity on. The pool area is cute, though the pool itself is cold and really small, fine for one person.

A great spot if you’d rather avoid a large, busy all inclusive. I just got back from 12 great days here. The location is close to most things on foot, and the modern rooms were comfortable, with a handy kitchen and a nice bed. I spent time relaxing on the rooftop by the pool and gazebos, soaking up the sun with a cold beer. Aleda, Juan, and Uriel at the front desk were always friendly and ready to help with questions or concerns. Miguel, the night security guard, the maintenance man, and both cleaning ladies were also very nice and helpful.
