We called ahead to say we'd arrive at 1 AM and were told they'd hold our room. When we got there, they'd given it to someone else anyway. They sent us to another place, and it was filthy. The worst experience ever. I'd strongly advise looking elsewhere.

We would have been happy to pay the difference if that was the issue. Instead, when we briefly went in with a guest to see a room, they called the police. The officers banged on the doors and threatened to arrest us. Completely out of line, and the person receiving guests had a TERRIBLE attitude.

We booked one night, but after arriving we couldn't find anyone and had to call. Once we got in, we found the door wouldn't lock. We complained and were eventually moved to an apartment six blocks away. It was better, but the whole experience was still bad and cost us five hours.

The location is the reason I'd come back: the aparthotel is only a block from 5th Avenue. There's no pool, and parking isn't on site, though a 24-hour lot is half a block away. I'd definitely return for the location.

Everything is close by, with Walmart three blocks away and Fifth Avenue two blocks away. The room was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable, with everything needed for cooking. Highly recommended!
