We had a parking spot in the garage with our room, which was really convenient. The manager was also very patient and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. We were a family of 4, stayed on the top floor for 4 nights, I think, and didn’t use the rooftop hot tub that came with the room. The location was perfect, right around the corner from the palacio. There were events and performances there every night, plus a night market with lots of tacos and other Mexican food. Things quieted down around 11, since everyone closed up around 1030 or so. I’d recommend this place to other families.

My broker booked a unit for me for a 6 month rental 48 hours ago and sent me a screenshot showing it in the system. This morning, she told me the office had rented it out for a vacation instead. This rental place is so unprofessional and can’t be trusted. Stay away.

They deliberately overbooked and wouldn’t honor a reservation made months ago. Horrible, unscrupulous people.

We had to leave because of the awful sanitary conditions. The manager lied and tried to keep our money.
