Casa de Luz Playa del Carmen

The terrace is a great place to relax, and the rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. Paola runs things really well, and Luis was very helpful. I liked the location too: close to bars, cafes, restaurants, and nightlife, but far enough away to avoid the noise of crazy Playa. It was a really pleasant surprise. Some of the comments may be fake, in my opinion. I loved the place and would come back!

The staff were great the whole time, and the room was clean, comfortable, and had a really relaxed feel. I stayed for two nights and had an awesome time. Looking forward to coming back next visit. Keep up the great work!

I had a great time here, and Paola was a wonderful host. This is the best place I’ve stayed in Mexico. Honestly, I wonder whether the people who left bad comments ever actually stayed here.

I didn’t stay in the end because the manager was yelling at me over the phone and telling me to cancel. They were overbooked, though that was the real issue. The customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Horrible place and horrible service. Don’t stay here.
