I'm in apartment 3, not apartment 104, and am getting used to the location. It's farther from the beach than I'd prefer, but really only a 15-minute walk, though it can feel longer after a day in the sun. The rooftop pool is more like an above-ground lap pool, but it's unheated and cools you off. The units are quite nice, the price is fair, and I'd definitely rent in this condo again. I'm here for three months, so...

The apartment was lovely, but the construction noise was a lot. For the six days we vacationed there, it started every day at 7:40a and continued until 6p, except Sunday.

The place is fine overall, and the neighborhood is quiet, comfortable, and safe. The hosts on Airbnb were slow to reply, though. Sometimes the bathrooms ran out of water during the day, and one bathroom didn't work at all for my whole stay. They never responded about it. Also, nobody told us at first how to turn on the stove. You have to put the door key card in a little box by the entrance, haha.

The place looked nice, but the bedroom air conditioner leaked water the entire time. There was so much that we put a cooler underneath to catch it. I can't believe they rent it out like that. I don't think they could have been unaware. It's a serious problem, and I wouldn't stay there again.
