The property is attractive, handy, and well equipped. I only wish the front desk staff seemed a little happier to be there. They weren't rude or unkind, just not especially warm.

We spent 10 days here over Christmas and New Year's and had a lovely stay. The location worked really well, and the rooftop pool had a cash bar open every day. There was also staff in the lobby keeping the building secure. I'd come back.

Mamitas beach looks great from the rooftop pool, and the street itself is calm and leafy. You're still only 2 blocks from all the activity on 5th Avenue, so the setting is a nice mix. Really enjoyed staying here in PDC. If room 407 is available, I'd choose it. Message me for the property manager info!

The condos have a lovely design, and the rooftop pool is a highlight, though the water felt quite cold and didn't seem heated. In our room, the water pressure was poor, and the heater couldn't keep up when filling the hot tub. The place was decent overall and pretty near beach access.

Brenda at the bar was the best! The new condo had a rooftop pool, jacuzzi, and bar, and it was just around the corner from the beach, with 5th Avenue only a couple of blocks away. We could walk to everything. Our two-bedroom, 2.5-bath place gave each bedroom its own bathroom and thermostat, which worked out perfectly since I get night sweats and my roommate is anemic. The staff were pleasant and greeted us whenever we came in. There was a 5-gallon water bottle for drinking or cooking, plus a washer/dryer combo. I highly recommend Cruz Con Mar!
