The price is affordable, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here. One woman at the front desk was nice; the next was only cordial because she had to be. She said her name was “Xime.” When we arrived, our towels were dirty and had holes. The mattress had a huge dent on one side and a big lump in the middle, like sleeping on a brick bed. There were hairs all over the sheets and pillowcases, along with stains, and nobody was available when I asked for clean bedding. Ants covered the table and fridge and got into our pan dulce, and there was a spider web in a fridge corner. I asked for an iron the next morning and was told they didn’t have one, but when I asked again three days later, they somehow did. I’d booked seven nights but left after five. That morning was the first time I saw anyone cleaning around the pool, which had been pretty dirty. Parking was a disaster, and the bedroom wifi wasn’t great.

The outdoor terrace was the highlight, very large and peaceful. The rooms were clean and had everything you’d need. The receptionist and host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and she readily agreed to a special request I made because of my chronic health conditions. Gracias!

I loved that the place was quiet and away from the tourist hubbub, even with shops and places to eat nearby. For the price, it’s the best deal in town: clean, nice apartments with the basics, decent staff, and a plunge pool.

I’m one week into a four-week stay. The property is nice and clean, and the suite is large. Facilities are quite adequate for this kind of stay. There aren’t many other residents to hear or see, since the property is very quiet due to the pandemic. It’s close to a main shopping plaza, with local shops nearby too. Staff are attentive and pleasant.
