The morning team was warm and kind, though the night staff seemed distracted and unfriendly. I stayed twice in one month, booking once through Airbnb and once directly. The Airbnb reservation had a few issues, but it all worked out. Great location and good facilities.

We had the penthouse, with plenty of room and a lot of comfort. It's an excellent location and a great choice for groups. We used the kitchen, but also ate at the beach restaurant, where breakfast was delicious and discounted.

The music from the bar next door carries into the place, but it didn't bother me. I stayed in room 14, LA FLOR, which suits one person or a couple. It was very clean, and the staff treated me kindly. You're on 5th Avenue, with shops, bars, and restaurants all around, and the beach is just a block away. I was there this past weekend and would happily return. Definitely worth it.
