The birds around here are amazing, and the staff were attentive and happy to chat. This is a cute, family-run B&B. The rooms are small but clean, with really comfortable beds, hot water, and a Netflix account to use. Breakfast is a basic, small serving, and you need to order it the night before. The walk to the supermarket is easy; town is farther but doable, and taxis are cheap. A great first stop on our trip. Thanks for looking after us.

The owners, a very welcoming and kind couple, made our stay at Casa Gem lovely. We had a spacious room with coffee, water, and everything we needed. The building and rooms are beautiful, modern, and perfectly maintained. Breakfast was included, cooked to order, and very good. It's near the end of a quiet street, while still close to downtown, the beaches, and the Xcaret parks.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and lovely, and breakfast was good. We had a great night here. The reception was among the friendliest and most welcoming we encountered on our trip in Mexico, and the staff spoke English fluently. The area felt safe, restaurants are accessible nearby, and we had a rental car. Plus, there's a hotel cat.

We hope to visit again soon. Great location and service, and Itzel and Serafim were wonderful hosts.

Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the family staff, Itzal and Seraphine, were friendly. Breakfast was good, and parking was available. The place is lovely and close enough to the center, though we had a car. For what you get, it's very good value. For a day trip to Cozumel, this isn't about the B&B itself, but we'd suggest going there and booking on the spot. There are lots of companies and availability, and booking ahead through the B&B costs more than arranging it there.
