Casa Leo

The property itself is really nice, but it seems maintenance let us down. We arrived from the airport exhausted and just wanted to sit down and freshen up. Instead, the TV remote was broken, there was no cable to connect the TV signal, and the refrigerator leaked like a waterfall. The receptionist came when we asked for help, but couldn't fix anything, so cleaning up the fridge took us about an hour. We didn't watch TV and were so tired that we slept well anyway. My brother was in another room and had a leaking sound all night. For us, it was almost a nightmare.

We arrived after hours, and the receptionist was still helpful and polite enough to get us into a room. For the price, you get a lot: it's an apartment, nicer than most California studios. Casa in playa Carmen is in a good location. I'd recommend casa del arbol as the best hotel in playa del Carmen, possibly Mexico. I've been through it all!

It's cheap and affordable, and parking is secure, though getting in and out is really difficult. The toilets and showers barely put out any water. The internet rarely works, the air conditioning worked in only one room, and the smell was very musty. Waste smells like it's venting into the bathroom.

The condo has a pool, a pleasant atmosphere, and a nice seating area. Everything felt neat, clean, and comfortable. Casa leo Condo is beautiful and affordable, and the service was excellent. The manager was sweet and helpful. I'd recommend it to anyone planning a vacation at playa da carman.
