2/10
The kitchen was in rough shape: the cabinets were old and poorly maintained, the wood was cracked, and the equipment was rusty. The washing machine didn’t work, and the dishwasher was being used to store dishes. The beds and mattresses were poor quality and past their useful life, while the photos felt almost like a scam. This might suit students coming back drunk from parties and yelling in the hallways, but it’s not for people looking for a good place to live. We ended up finding and paying for another property, and I definitely wouldn’t return.

There was some noise from construction across the street, but the apartment itself was very nice. Being close to the center was a real plus.
