Chef Carlos, Chef Yuritzi, Omar, Anapolo, and Eliseo deserve huge credit for a dinner that felt full of passion and care. The set menu was one of the best I’ve had in ages, almost like an André Michelin-star-level meal. Every plate was creative, thoughtful, and beautifully done. The cocktails and entrées both brought unexpected flavors and artistic presentation, in the best way. I can hardly find anything to critique. If you like creative, elevated food and chefs who care about the details, I highly recommend it. The food alone is worth a visit.

At the Chef’s Table, the courses were delicious, full of flavor, and beautifully prepared. Valentino, Ovelio, Eliseo, Omar, and Chef Yuri made the evening especially memorable with warm hospitality, professionalism, and great attention to detail. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and get every course right. We had an amazing dinner, highly recommend it, and look forward to coming back. Five out of five for the food and service.

The water smelled, and the rooms had a musty odor from the heat and humidity, but neither kept us from enjoying the pools. Our housekeepers got the room clean each night and set up the beds for a nightcap. Thanks to the train and golf cart drivers too. We’ll definitely return to see the precious kitties! Our butler Pool was very sweet and helpful when we needed him, though his coworkers could have been more on the ball. William at the privilege pool bar made awesome drinks and quickly learned what we liked. The food was great, and thanks to everyone who served us at the restaurants and bars. We had an amazing stay.

We went as a family of 10, and the resort worked well for kids and adults alike. The buffet was our favorite, with a different menu every night and, for the most part, delicious food. The restaurants were decent too. Idalia makes boozy coffee at a cart in the buffet, and she’s amazing. William from the entertainment team was so much fun, remembered everyone’s names, and was incredible. All the staff were kind and treated us so well. We made lots of friends and loved seeing them each day. The resort was spotless, with staff constantly working to keep it looking nice. I wasn’t sure what to expect at a resort we hadn’t tried before, but we had a great time. I’d absolutely recommend it.
