The location is the one good thing: it's beside Andares shopping mall, near av patria, with lots of restaurants around. Beyond that, it might work for storing luggage and taking a shower, though bring your own towels. I've never encountered towels this disgusting. Getting any sleep was impossible. I couldn't tell whether the nightclubs' music or the constant noise from people coming and going inside the hotel was louder. You can hear everything from the room. The room was dirty too, with lots of black marks on the walls and a floor so filthy that my feet turned black just walking from the bathroom to the bed. The pillows were old, hard as rocks, misshapen, and deformed. For a self check-in, they need to communicate better. I contacted them two hours before check-in to ask for the code, since I was supposed to get it by email 24 hours earlier. The person sounded annoyed and said they'd send it 30 minutes before. This was the first time I've ever left a hotel days before checkout. I simply couldn't sleep there.
