The ladies in housekeeping were great about keeping things clean, and they also gave us directions and tips for nearby places. My family and I had an awesome time. We picked this location because La Basilica is within walking distance, and the free breakfast and gym access were a big plus.

It was one of the loudest hotels I've stayed in, so getting proper rest was hard. The room had roaches, and management wasn't much help when my plans changed. There isn't much food nearby, but the Rappi app was a lifesaver. The location is pretty good, and it was nice being close to the basilica.

The best thing is how close it is to so many amenities. You can walk to places, and the subway is about a five-minute walk away, making it easy to get around the city. The place is clean too.

The hotel is right by the basilica and the plaza. The staff were really friendly and gave great service. They even stored our medicine in a fridge for us at no charge.

The Wi-Fi wasn't working as well as it had on our previous stay, and there was no breakfast because the restaurant was under construction. Even so, everything else was very pleasant, and we'll probably stay again. 👍🏼
