The bed was comfortable, but the room was small and dark, with no windows. The TV was too loud and couldn't be turned down. Traffic and plenty of sirens could still be heard all night through the concrete walls.

The pool closed far too early, and they took away all the chairs. Our room was in terrible shape, with plumbing that kept clogging the toilets. I paid for a three-bed room but didn't get one, and they never refunded the money after we pointed it out. It felt like they didn't want us there, or even like people at all. The whole experience was terrible!

I stayed for 12 days and had a really nice experience. The rooms are big, though even when you ask for one bed, you may get two twin beds. The pool is large, and breakfast is a buffet for 5 dollars (119 pesos). Everyone was very helpful, including the kitchen and cleaning crews. Guillermo always greeted us with a smile.

I'm at the hotel now and check out in the morning. It's nice and low priced. Staff don't speak much English, but we had no trouble making ourselves understood. I'd get the junior suite for its fridge, since the smaller rooms don't have one. The restaurant costs a little more than places in town, as you'd expect. Taxis are reasonably priced around the area and usually right outside. I'd stay here again.

It's a nice place, but after housekeeping came, my key wouldn't work whenever I returned to my room. I also came out of the pool with green hair, which was really irritating since that has never happened to me in any other pool.
