Star-gazing on the rooftop patios with a drink and a snack was a highlight, and inside the suites it was quiet and peaceful despite the local music playing every evening. The villa has lots of units, but the other guests were kind and relaxed, with no drama or hassles behind the locked gate. Getting into our suite was easy, and the owners communicated everything clearly. They seemed to think of what we needed while still leaving us space to unwind. The grounds were clean, bright, and well cared for. There are full-time maintenance staff on site each day tending the pool, courtyard, and greenery, and cleaning was kept up. The apartment had air conditioning where it was needed, and the kitchen had all the essentials. It made a wonderful place to settle in for vacation. Thanks to Carlos and the staff for our amazing first trip. We'll definitely be back, and we'd gladly be a reference if asked.

A quiet, green place with a large, comfortable apartment. The beach and all the conveniences are right down the street. As another reviewer put it, “the real definition of paradise”.

The area is super quiet and peaceful, and the beach is very close. It's also just a block from 5th Ave and about a 10-minute walk to Walmart/Mega supermarkets. I really enjoyed the cute apartment and its warm Mexican-style decor. The place has a lovely, welcoming feel, with a big ground-floor pool surrounded by plants, trees, palms, and flowers. Inside, there was a washing/dryer machine and a proper gas stove with an oven!

The classic hacienda style is what I love about this complex. It's one of the most beautiful places in all of Playa del Carmen, with lush gardens and a pool that are both well maintained. You also can't beat how close it is to 5th Ave and the beach.

The apartment rental is great, and I love the location just below the 5th. Quickymart is right across the street. The only hiccup is the loud live-band music on weekends, but I didn't mind since the music was good.
