We could leave our bags safely in the lobby when we arrived before check-in, and there was always a worker at the front desk. Getting in was easy and secure with codes for both the building and condo, so no keys to carry. Jaret was quick to respond and shared lots of good restaurant and beach club suggestions. The space itself was just as advertised, spacious and exceptionally clean, with very comfortable beds. Big showers had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash ready to use. The pool was a nice way to cool off in the afternoon. It’s right on 5th Ave, near some great restaurants, with quick, easy access to the beach.

We loved the roomy accommodations, the warm sunlight coming through the windows, and how clean and well stocked the kitchen was. I like making breakfast before heading out in the early hours, and this place had what I needed. It’s right in the heart of 5th Ave, with upbeat energy, music, and beautiful people. There was just a bit of a damp smell when we first entered, but a refresher spray took care of it.

The pool has such an interesting design, and we’d happily stay here again. We booked the room through airbnb and loved having great air-conditioning. The internet really wasn’t good, but that was OK while we were on vacation. Such a great location.

The location is fantastic, and we were extremely happy with our extended stay at Mimosa. The staff were fantastic, and the beautiful apartment was well stocked for cooking. The chef’s kitchen handled guests easily. We also used the large, comfortable private outdoor space and gas bbq every day. I’d recommend it for a beautiful vacation.
