The beach is gorgeous, with clear, beautiful water, lots of seating, and food choices. There are also plenty of restaurants around the resort and a couple of buffets with delicious food. The events are great too, and I especially recommend the magic show. This was my first time at Maya Suites and only my second visit to Mexico, and it’s been my best experience so far. The staff are so nice and know a lot about the resort events.

The location is good, everything was very clean, and the Wi-Fi worked well. Lucero was especially attentive, and the staff in general were very friendly. For the price, it’s a good deal if you want something cheap. The kitchen was a frustration, though: not much equipment or many dishes, and the few appliances weren’t working properly. There were no tablecloths or dish towels, which was uncomfortable. The shower had such low pressure it was hard to get the sand off, and they had no blankets until we asked reception for one. The safe didn’t work either.

The rooms are pleasant and have a kitchenette with a refrigerator, stove, dishes, and other utensils, so you can cook for yourself. There’s also air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and cable TV. Finding the place can be a little tricky since there’s no sign showing where it is.

The area is very quiet, and the staff service is good. Rooms are comfortable and have a kitchenette, refrigerator, iron, and more. It’s one block from Fifth Avenue. There’s no parking and no pool, but the location is excellent.
