Iberostar Waves Paraíso del Mar - All Inclusive

The people here are what make the place special. Frank at the pool bar made great drinks quickly, always with a big smile, and made us feel welcome. He even remembered us when we returned six months after our first visit. The entertainment crew kept things lively too, especially Victor (aka papacito!), Roman, and Jirah, who were always finding ways to make us smile. This was my second time at the resort, and it’s starting to feel like a second home. The grounds are beautiful, with paths winding through mangroves and wildlife around to see throughout the day and evening. The pools are spacious and relaxing, the beach is well maintained, and the food is good for an all-inclusive. We enjoyed the drinks as well.

We had a wonderful stay at Iberostar Paraiso del Mar, and the wildlife made every walk memorable. Flamingos were in the lagoons and spider monkeys played in the trees. The beach had soft white sand, clear turquoise water, and plenty of room to relax. Restaurants offered good variety and quality, and we especially liked the cocktails at the beach and pool bars. Cristian and Ricky, our concierge, took great care of us with helpful, attentive service from beginning to end. It was such a relaxing escape, and we’ll definitely return. 🌴🦩🐒🍹🏖️

There was so much to do that we needed help figuring out what was available, and Mario, my concierge in lobby Mar, was a huge help. He sorted reservations, answered general questions about the hotel, and shared information about nearby places to visit. The whole team was accommodating from the moment we arrived, and service was great. We also loved the wildlife and thought the food was amazing. This was one of the best vacations we’ve had in years, exactly what we needed, and we plan to come back.

Jose, the concierge from the club, went the extra mile every day. He was friendly, helpful, and always smiling, and he really made our stay. He gave us the best customer service we’ve had from a concierge. We enjoyed the resort a lot and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great holiday. We’ll definitely be back.
