Klem 103 by NAS

The pool was nice, and the staff we met were friendly. We enjoyed the stay overall because the place was spacious and well located, but I wouldn’t choose it again. It may have been luxurious when first built, but it doesn’t feel that way now, despite the listing. The mattress was very hard and past its best, with a spring sticking out that scratched me. There was a long standing closet leak and mold on the wall. No bowls, so I bought some, and only a couple of glasses. There’s more I could say about the negatives, but I’ll leave it there. One thing I learned on this trip: read the newest reviews first.

The rooftop pool was a perfect place to relax. The place was quiet, clean, and felt safe, with plenty of amenities. It’s in an amazing spot, just steps from the beach. I’d book again.

Unit #207 worked perfectly for us, with a bedroom, 4 bathrooms, and lots of towels and blankets. It’s near 5th ave but not loud. The pool tile looked a little outdated. Great place, we’ll be back.

We arrived with confirmation for a 10 day booking, but the property had no record of it. The guard checked my reservation details, yet nobody did anything to help. There was no manager or anyone looking after guests, and the booking agent was “offline.” It was getting dark, we had all our luggage, and needed to get off the streets, so we quickly found another hotel. Our safety felt questionable. Never again. Check directly with the place you’re staying before you arrive. Having confirmation papers meant nothing in our case, and contacting the booking agent was no use. They don’t have phone numbers, and the chat was offline too.
