302 Vista Azul is the best penthouse in Las Olas. It has everything you might need, and it’s a really nice place. Mamitas beach and the restaurants on 5 Avenue are super close.

My friends and I had a nice stay, with everything we needed nearby. The atmosphere was great as long as you don’t mind hearing club music at night. There are pleasant restaurants close by, and Playa Mamitas Beach Club, the 5th Avenue shopping area, and taxis are all easy to reach. The beach club is just two blocks away.

I’ve stayed at this property twice and really love both the place and where it is. It’s right by the beach and centrally located, so the location is hard to beat.
